IMPORTANT: Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully: they define the terms and conditions of sale that the Client accepts when ordering the Services. These General Terms and Conditions are enforceable in the same way as any other signed written contract. If the Client disagrees with the terms of these General Terms and Conditions, they are not authorized to make a Reservation.

Article 1. DEFINITIONS
Client: refers to any natural person browsing and/or wishing to make a Reservation on the Site.
General Terms and Conditions: refers to these general terms and conditions of reservation.
Contract: refers to these General Terms and Conditions as well as any document annexed to them.
Accommodation: refers to the rooms or suites that LE GRAND MAZARIN presents and offers for Reservation on the Site.
LE GRAND MAZARIN: refers to the simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 822 661 138, whose registered office is located at 5, Avenue Bertie Albrecht – 75008 Paris, and with VAT number FR10822661138.
Internet: refers to various networks of servers located in different places around the world, interconnected via communication networks, and communicating using a specific protocol known as TCP/IP.
Reservation: refers to the reservation of a Service by the Client on the Site.
Site: refers to the infrastructure developed by LE GRAND MAZARIN according to computer formats usable on the Internet, including data of various kinds, notably texts, sounds, still or animated images, videos, databases, intended to be consulted by the Client to learn about and reserve the Services. The Site is accessible at the following address: lgm.hosting.threatspike.net.
Services: refers to any service presented and offered for Reservation by LE GRAND MAZARIN on the site, notably Accommodation services, breakfast, catering, or SPA where applicable.
Traveler: refers to the Client as well as any person for whom the Client has entered into the Contract and who will use the Services under the conditions set out below. The Client guarantees compliance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions by the Traveler.
Article 2. PURPOSE
LE GRAND MAZARIN operates a hotel business for which it offers Services for Reservation on the Site.
These General Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which LE GRAND MAZARIN allows its Clients to reserve Services on the Site.
The Client and LE GRAND MAZARIN agree that their relationship as well as access to and use of the Site shall be governed exclusively by:

These General Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of all other conditions, and they shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or document;

The Site’s Privacy Policy;

Applicable laws and/or regulations.
These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the Reservation and use of the Site.
They are made available to the Client on the Site where they can be directly consulted.
Use of the Site and Reservation imply:

The Client’s knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and the Site’s Privacy Policy.

The Client’s technical competence to use the Site;

The Client’s awareness that the Reservation does not require a handwritten signature.
Each Client undertakes to respect the purpose of the Site and not to use it for purposes other than the presentation of Services and Reservation.
LE GRAND MAZARIN reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions at any time.
In the event of modification, the applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of the Client’s Reservation, a dated copy of which may be provided to the Client upon request by LE GRAND MAZARIN.
The fact that LE GRAND MAZARIN does not claim the application of any clause of these General Terms and Conditions or acquiesces to its non-performance, whether permanently or temporarily, cannot be interpreted as a waiver by LE GRAND MAZARIN of the rights arising from said clause.
These General Terms and Conditions were updated on July 18, 2025. This edition cancels and replaces previous versions.
Article 3. REGULATIONS OF LE GRAND MAZARIN
3.1 Accommodation Categories
LE GRAND MAZARIN offers six (6) categories of Accommodation for Reservation:

Classic room;

Superior room;

Deluxe room;

Prestige room;

Parisian junior suite;

Mazarin suite
The detailed characteristics specific to each Accommodation category are presented on the Site.
Dogs weighing less than eight (8) kilograms are accepted in the Accommodation. An additional charge of 35 Euros per day per dog will be billed.
3.2 Breakfast
If you have opted for the rate including breakfast, it will be included in your final bill at the rate indicated at the time of reservation. If you have not opted for the rate including breakfast, it will be added to your final bill based on your consumption.
3.3 Check-in and Check-out
The Traveler may access the Room from three o’clock p.m. (3:00 pm) on the day of arrival mentioned in the Reservation confirmation, until noon (12:00 pm) on the day of departure also mentioned in the Reservation confirmation, unless otherwise agreed by LE GRAND MAZARIN.
At check-in, the Client will be required to present an identity card as well as the bank card with which the deposit was paid.
3.4 Availability
Accommodations are offered for Reservation by LE GRAND MAZARIN on the Site subject to availability for the dates provided by the Client.
In the event of unavailability of an Accommodation category after Reservation validation, LE GRAND MAZARIN will inform the Client by email as soon as possible.
The Reservation may then, at the Client’s discretion, be canceled or modified if Accommodation of another category is available.
3.5 Pool
Access to the hotel pool is permitted to all hotel residents. Minors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
As at all public places, excessive noise is not permitted at the pool. Diving is prohibited.
Running around the pool is to be avoided due to the risk of falling.
Pets are not allowed around the pool, even on a leash.
3.6 Mobile Phones
Out of respect for the peace and quiet of all our guests, mobile phones must be set to silent mode and calls should be made discreetly.
The vocal use of mobile phones is not permitted in restaurants.
3.7 Dress Code
When moving within the establishment, including during consumption in our bars and restaurants, we kindly ask you to respect appropriate dress codes.
Swimwear is not permitted in any of the restaurants, bars, or at the hotel reception.
3.8 Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and accommodations offered. To ensure the comfort and health of all guests, specific smoking areas are provided.
3.9 Security
We ensure your comfort and safety during your stay. If you wish, we can provide a safe at the reception for your most valuable items.
Article 4. RESERVATION
Accommodation may be reserved via the Site, by email, or by telephone.
4.1 Online Reservation
4.1.1 Accommodation Selection
To make a Reservation on the Site, the Client must first pre-select the category of Accommodation they wish to reserve.
The Client is then redirected to LE GRAND MAZARIN’s partner platform allowing online Reservation.
The Client must then indicate the dates of the stay for which they wish to reserve the Accommodation. The Client will then have the option to confirm the pre-selected category of Accommodation if it is available for the desired dates, or to modify the category, depending on the availability and the nightly rate displayed by LE GRAND MAZARIN.
The Client will then have access to a summary of the Accommodation’s characteristics and the Services included in the displayed price (for example, breakfast, minibar access, etc.).
The Client must then click on “Reserve.”
The Client will then access a summary of their Reservation including the Accommodation category, the chosen reservation method, the dates of the stay, the number of Travelers, and the rate.
The Client must confirm their Reservation by clicking “Confirm my Reservation,” which redirects to a fully secure link.
4.1.2 Information Submission
Once the Accommodation category is selected, the Client must provide their contact details, including name, first name, email address, phone number, and nationality.
All information concerning the Client is intended for LE GRAND MAZARIN to record the Client’s Reservation. The information provided is processed and stored by LE GRAND MAZARIN in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The mandatory information is the Client’s surname and email address. Any other information is provided optionally and voluntarily by the Client.
4.1.3 Payment
To complete their Reservation, the Client must provide a bank card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) as a guarantee. For reservations exceeding seven (7) nights, a deposit of half the total Reservation amount is required.
After the free cancellation period, one night will be charged in the event of late cancellation.
For reservations of more than 7 nights, after the cancellation period, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
The Reservation must be guaranteed by a valid bank card.
The Reservation becomes firm and final only after payment and receipt of the deposit or down payment in accordance with the reservation and cancellation conditions for rates requiring prepayment.
Once the Reservation is validated and payment made, the Client will receive a confirmation of their Reservation by email at the provided address, summarizing:
a) Information on the essential characteristics of the Reservation and Accommodation,
b) The Reservation number,
c) The price of the Reservation,
d) The duration of the stay,
e) The cancellation conditions of the Reservation.
4.2 Reservation by Email
Reservations by email are made at the following address: reservations@legrandmazarin.com
The same information as for online Accommodation Reservation will be requested from the Client, namely, the desired Accommodation category, the number of Travelers accompanying the Client, and the dates of their stay.
The Client will then receive a summary of the Reservation by email, detailing the elements relating to the Reservation, notably:
a) Information on the essential characteristics of the Reservation and Accommodation,
b) The Reservation number,
c) The price of the Reservation,
d) The duration of the stay,
e) The cancellation conditions of the Reservation.
This summary will be accompanied by the General Terms and Conditions.
The Client must promptly check the contents of this summary and immediately notify LE GRAND MAZARIN of any errors or omissions.
The Client must validate this summary to LE GRAND MAZARIN by return email. This email will constitute validation of the reservation by the Client and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. The Client will then receive a secure link allowing them to complete the registration and payment process.
The Reservation must be guaranteed by a valid bank card.
The Reservation becomes firm and final only after payment and receipt of the deposit or down payment in accordance with the reservation and cancellation conditions for rates requiring prepayment.
Once payment is validated, the Client will receive an official reservation confirmation by email at the provided address, together with a summary of the reservation details.
4.3 Reservation by Telephone
The Client may make a Reservation by telephone at the following number: 04 90 65 99 11 (operator charges apply).
In this case, the same information as for online Accommodation Reservation will be requested from the Client. Although this order cannot be considered as telephone canvassing governed by the provisions of article L221-6 of the Consumer Code, since the Client acknowledges and accepts being the initiator of the reservation, LE GRAND MAZARIN will send a written confirmation of the offer made to the Client. In this regard, the Client acknowledges and accepts that to place an order by phone, they must have a valid email address to which contractual documents will be sent.
The Client will communicate to LE GRAND MAZARIN by telephone the category of Accommodation they wish to reserve, the number of Travelers accompanying the Client, and the dates of their stay. At the end of the Reservation, LE GRAND MAZARIN will summarize for the Client the elements concerning their Reservation, notably the selected Accommodation category, the number of Travelers, and the dates of stay.
The Client will also indicate the payment method used.
The Client will then receive a summary by email detailing the elements relating to the Reservation, notably:
a) Information on the essential characteristics of the Reservation and Accommodation,
b) The Reservation number,
c) The price of the Reservation,
d) The duration of the stay,
e) The cancellation conditions of the Reservation.
This summary will be accompanied by the General Terms and Conditions.
The Client must promptly check the contents of this summary and immediately notify LE GRAND MAZARIN of any errors or omissions.
The Client will confirm to LE GRAND MAZARIN by clicking “Confirm the reservation.” This confirmation will constitute validation of the reservation by the Client and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. The Client will then receive…
The Reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
The Reservation becomes firm and final only after payment and receipt of the deposit or down payment in accordance with the reservation and cancellation conditions for rates requiring prepayment.
Once payment has been validated, the Client will receive an official reservation confirmation by email at the address provided, accompanied by a summary of the reservation details.
4.3 Reservation by Telephone
The Client has the option of making a Reservation by telephone at the following number: 04 90 65 99 11 (operator call charges apply).
In this case, the same information required for an online Accommodation Reservation will be requested from the Client. Although this order cannot be considered as telephone canvassing governed by the provisions of article L221-6 of the Consumer Code, since the Client acknowledges and accepts being the initiator of the reservation, LE GRAND MAZARIN will send a written confirmation of the offer that was made to the Client. In this respect, the Client acknowledges and accepts that, to place an order by telephone, they must have a valid email address to which contractual documents will be sent.
The Client will communicate to LE GRAND MAZARIN by telephone the category of Accommodation they wish to reserve, the number of Travelers accompanying the Client, and the dates of their stay. At the end of the Reservation, LE GRAND MAZARIN will summarize for the Client the elements concerning their Reservation, notably the selected Accommodation category, the number of Travelers, and the dates of stay.
The Client will also indicate the payment method used.
The Client will subsequently receive a summary by email detailing the elements relating to the Reservation, including:
a) Information on the essential characteristics of the Reservation and Accommodation,
b) The Reservation number,
c) The price of the Reservation,
d) The duration of the stay,
e) The cancellation conditions of the Reservation.
This summary will be accompanied by the General Terms and Conditions.
The Client must promptly check the contents of this summary and immediately notify HÔTEL LE GRAND MAZARIN of any errors or omissions.
The Client will confirm to HÔTEL LE GRAND MAZARIN by clicking “Confirm the reservation.” This confirmation will constitute validation of the reservation by the Client and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. The Client will then receive a secure link allowing them to complete the registration and payment process.
The Reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
The Reservation becomes firm and final only after payment and receipt of the deposit or down payment in accordance with the reservation and cancellation conditions for rates requiring prepayment.
Once the Reservation is validated and payment made, the Client will receive a reservation confirmation by email at the address provided, summarizing the details of the Reservation.
Article 5. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Price
The price of the Reservation is the current price indicated in the Reservation summary accessible before validating the Reservation.
The price is set at the sole discretion of LE GRAND MAZARIN and may be subject to changes and variations over time, particularly depending on the reservation periods.
The price is inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes on the day of the Reservation, excluding the tourist tax) and is per Accommodation for the number of Traveler(s), according to the chosen reservation method and selected dates. The tourist tax is to be paid directly on site to LE GRAND MAZARIN at check-out.
The price includes:

The relevant Accommodation;

The buffet breakfast served in the restaurant (if applicable);
-
Non-alcoholic minibar drinks;
-
Valet service;
-
WiFi;
All Reservations are payable in euros.
Any change in the applicable VAT rate, exchange rate, or any other legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities may be reflected in the price of the Accommodation offered for Reservation on the Site.
In the case of an additional guest, the following daily surcharge will apply:

Child under 3 years old: free

Child between 4 and 10 years old: one hundred (100) euros for the extra bed and fifteen (15) euros for breakfast if applicable

Child aged 11 and over, and adult: one hundred (100) euros for the extra bed and thirty (30) euros for breakfast if applicable
5.2 Payment
The Client must pay a deposit by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) at the time of Reservation corresponding to the price of one night or 50% of the total reservation amount, in accordance with the reservation and cancellation conditions according to the chosen rate.
For reservations, LE GRAND MAZARIN has chosen Stripe to secure online credit card payments.
Providing the credit card number online or via the previously provided secure link and/or validating the Reservation and its payment constitutes proof of the entire Reservation in accordance with the provisions of law no. 2000-230 of March 13, 2000, adapting the law of evidence to information technology and relating to electronic signatures, and will render the sums committed by the Reservation due.
This validation constitutes a signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out with LE GRAND MAZARIN, and in particular the Reservation.
However, in the event of fraudulent use of their credit card, the Client is invited, as soon as such use is noticed, to contact LE GRAND MAZARIN customer service by email at the following address: reservations@legrandmazarin.com.
It is expressly agreed that, except in the case of manifest error by LE GRAND MAZARIN, the data stored in the computer systems of LE GRAND MAZARIN, under reasonable security conditions, shall constitute proof of the Reservations made by the Client.
Data on computer or electronic media constitute valid evidence and, as such, are admissible under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be established, received, or kept in writing.
LE GRAND MAZARIN reserves the right to refuse any Reservation if it appears abnormally high and/or if the Client does not comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
The balance of the Reservation is paid directly to LE GRAND MAZARIN at check-out. On site, payment may be made by credit card. LE GRAND MAZARIN may request proof of identity for fraud prevention purposes.
The Client guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the credit card they use and that they have sufficient funds to cover the costs of the order. Under no circumstances can LE GRAND MAZARIN be held liable for the fraudulent use of the Client’s credit card or bank account.
Any bank charges related to credit card payments shall be borne by the Client. These charges correspond exclusively to any fees charged by the Client’s bank due to the use of their credit card.
Article 6. CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
The Client is informed that, pursuant to Article L 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts “for accommodation services […] which must be provided on a specific date or for a specific period.” Consequently, the Client does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code with regard to the Reservation of Accommodation.
However, depending on the period of stay and the applicable rate, the Client may be able to cancel their Reservation up to seven (7) days before the start date of the stay, under the conditions specified at the time of the Reservation confirmation. The Client is invited to refer to the Reservation confirmation, which details the specific cancellation terms for the Reservation made. In this context, all or part of the Reservation price may be refunded.
The refund of the Reservation, if applicable, will be made using the same payment method as that used by the Client for the initial transaction.
The Client acknowledges that only the cancellation conditions mentioned in the Reservation confirmation are enforceable, to the exclusion of any other condition.
Article 7. ACCESS TO THE SITE
Access to the Site is free and open to any Client with Internet access.
The costs related to access to the Site, including Internet access, are the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Site is accessible at all times.
However, LE GRAND MAZARIN reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently close the Site, in particular to carry out updates, maintenance operations, modifications, or changes to operational methods, servers, and hours of accessibility.
Article 8. INDIVIDUAL POLICE FORM
Pursuant to Article R.611-42 of the Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum, at the time of Reservation, the Client will be asked to complete and sign a police form if they are not of French nationality.
If the Client refuses to complete and/or sign the individual police form, the Reservation will automatically be refused.
The Client’s data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 9. LIABILITY
The Client undertakes to use the Accommodation and the Website in accordance with their intended purpose, public decency, and public order.
The Guest guarantees compliance with these General Terms and Conditions by all Travelers.
Any behavior contrary to the purpose of the Accommodation, public order, or accepted standards of conduct may lead LE GRAND MAZARIN to require the Guest to leave the Accommodation without compensation and/or reimbursement of amounts paid under the Reservation.
LE GRAND MAZARIN further reserves the right to decline any future reservation from a Guest or group of Guests who, during a past stay or in the course of booking arrangements, engaged in inappropriate, disrespectful, unlawful or disruptive conduct liable to affect public order, morality, or the safety and tranquility of the establishment or its staff. Such refusal shall not give rise to any compensation or indemnity in favor of the Guest.
The Client is liable for any damage and/or deterioration caused to the Accommodation in which they are staying during the dates specified in the Booking confirmation.
LE GRAND MAZARIN shall not be held liable for indirect damages (such as financial losses, loss of data, or moral prejudice) where such damages do not result from its own fault.
LE GRAND MAZARIN shall not be held liable for external content accessible via links available on the Website, unless it is aware of their unlawful nature and fails to take appropriate measures to remove them or disable access.
LE GRAND MAZARIN undertakes to provide the most accurate description or photographic representation of the Accommodations available for Booking.
The photographs and descriptions of the Accommodations are presented with the utmost care to reflect reality. They are contractual insofar as they correspond to the essential services agreed upon.
While every effort is made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations, and texts used to illustrate LE GRAND MAZARIN provide as accurate a depiction as possible of the accommodation services offered, variations may occur, notably due to changes in furnishings, renovations, or weather conditions. The Client shall not be entitled to make any claim on this basis, unless such differences substantially affect the agreed service.
The liability of LE GRAND MAZARIN shall not be incurred where the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributable to: the Client, the unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party unrelated to the provision of the services under the contract, or a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
LE GRAND MAZARIN shall not be held liable for inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network that are not attributable to it, such as service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.
The Client is responsible for the proper functioning of their computer equipment as well as their Internet access.
The same applies to any hyperlinks that may appear on the Website.
Article 10. FORCE MAJEURE
The liability of LE GRAND MAZARIN or the Client cannot be sought if the performance of the Reservation is delayed or prevented due to a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event, the act of the other party or a third party, or external causes such as labor disputes, intervention by civil or military authorities, natural disasters, fires, water damage, interruption of telecommunications or electricity networks.
Article 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, including software, all intellectual property rights such as trademarks, service marks, shape marks, and copyrights, are the exclusive property of LE GRAND MAZARIN.
Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights on the documents contained on the Site and each of the elements created for this Site are the exclusive property of LE GRAND MAZARIN, which does not grant any license or any right other than that of consulting the Site.
The reproduction of any page or content of said Site by the Client or by any third party is subject to prior written authorization from LE GRAND MAZARIN.
The reproduction of any documents published on the Site is only authorized for the exclusive purpose of information for personal and private use; any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited.
It is forbidden to use the trademarks, images, or any other element on which LE GRAND MAZARIN holds intellectual property rights.
It is also forbidden to copy, modify, create a derivative work, reverse engineer or assemble, or otherwise attempt to find the source code (except as provided by law), sell, assign, sublicense, or transfer in any way any right relating to the software and the Site.
It is also forbidden to modify the Site or to use modified versions of the Site, in particular (without this list being exhaustive) to obtain unauthorized access to the Site and to access the Site by any means other than the interface provided by LE GRAND MAZARIN for this purpose.
The Site and any software necessarily used in connection with it may contain confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property law or any other law.
A Client who has a personal website and wishes to place, for personal use, on their site a simple link directly to the LE GRAND MAZARIN site must first obtain the written authorization of LE GRAND MAZARIN.
In all cases, any unauthorized link must be removed upon simple request from LE GRAND MAZARIN.
Article 12. ARCHIVING AND EVIDENCE
The click made when validating the Reservation and the confirmation by email of acceptance of the Reservation constitute an electronic signature which, between the Client and LE GRAND MAZARIN, has the same value as a handwritten signature.
The archiving of Booking Confirmations and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to constitute a faithful and lasting copy in accordance with Articles 1366 and 1367 of the French Civil Code.
The computerised records of LE GRAND MAZARIN shall be considered as proof of communications, subscriptions, payments, and transactions made between LE GRAND MAZARIN and the Client.
Article 13 – DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute with LE GRAND MAZARIN, the Client must first contact LE GRAND MAZARIN by email at reservations@legrandmazarin.com or by post at 17 rue de la Verrerie, 75004 Paris.
If the complaint submitted to LE GRAND MAZARIN is unsuccessful or receives no response within two (2) months, the Client may refer the dispute to a mediator (Union des Métiers et des Industries de l’Hôtellerie), who shall independently and impartially attempt to bring the parties together to reach an amicable solution. The Client and LE GRAND MAZARIN remain free to accept or refuse the use of mediation to resolve the dispute, as well as to accept or reject the solution proposed by the mediator.
Failing an amicable resolution, the competent court for resolving the dispute shall be the one in the jurisdiction of the defendant’s domicile or the place of performance of the Booking.
The Client may also, if they wish and independently of any other procedure for resolving their dispute with LE GRAND MAZARIN, use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of difficulty interpreting these terms due to a contradiction between the French version and any translation, only the French version shall prevail.
Article 14 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car hire, catering or leisure activities that are to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period of time.
Article 15 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
15.1 Entire Agreement
LE GRAND MAZARIN and the Client acknowledge that these General Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between them and supersede any prior written or oral offer, provision, or agreement.
15.2 Good Faith
LE GRAND MAZARIN and the Client agree to perform their obligations in good faith.
15.3 Headings
In the event of a conflict in interpretation between any heading of an article and its content, the headings shall be deemed non-existent.
15.4 Severability
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid under applicable law or by final court decision, it shall be deemed unwritten without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions or the General Terms and Conditions as a whole.
15.5 Domiciliation
LE GRAND MAZARIN and the Client elect domicile at the addresses indicated on the Booking Confirmation for the Client and in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale for LE GRAND MAZARIN.
Article 16. OPT-OUT FROM TELEPHONE SOLICITATION (BLOCTEL)
In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Client is informed that they may register free of charge on the “Bloctel” telephone solicitation opt-out list. Such registration prevents them from being contacted by professionals with whom no current contractual relationship exists.
